Why Should I Try to Please Anyone?

A Nő világa - Marcsi

I have reached a stage in my life where I can recognise the people who are unable to accept others, unable to give love, who create stress, bring destructive energy and tear down rather than build.

For me, living consciously means loving and accepting myself, while recognising the people who are willing to learn the same.

I share what I know with them.

We rise together.

And that is what success means to me.

I have what I privately call a mastermind group.

Its members began from difficult circumstances and now live satisfying lives while continuing to grow.

I am extremely proud of them.

Despite physical, emotional or financial difficulties, they were able to stop, then gradually turn negative thoughts in a more positive direction.

They learned to trust themselves and what they call Infinite Intelligence.

Every day they take small steps.

They say out loud what they want — and then they act toward it.

For them, every day can contain a small miracle because they notice change in different areas of life.

They are often surprised by how simple some of it can become once the inner attitude changes.

They accept positive thoughts instead of automatically rejecting them.

And day by day, the quality of their lives changes.

They notice the love and opportunities flowing toward them.

They are beginning to understand that the shift in quality first began inside them.

A happy, balanced person can see a closed door as a challenge.

An unhappy person sees only an obstacle.

Happy people deal with failure differently too.

Positive thinking changes what we notice and what we are capable of receiving from life.

I believe everyone can move closer to this state.

We have to become open to it and change our relationship with life, circumstances and — most importantly — our own internal reactions.

I work on that state every day, just as I make a deliberate decision to exercise because I know I feel better afterwards.

One characteristic of happy people is that they have valuable, close friendships.

A good friend is priceless.

Somebody whose presence improves my life is a real treasure.

I try to spend time with people who love and accept me.

People I can learn from.

People I can respect and look up to.

The people around us matter enormously.

So does the energy we allow into our lives.

Some friendships, no matter how dear they are to us, may pull us backward.

Or even worse:

They may keep us standing in exactly the same place.

I consciously let those relationships go.

Satisfaction begins inside me.

Waiting for happiness to arrive from the outside is forbidden.

The miracle is in my heart and in my mind.

I look for sources of joy within myself and positive possibilities I can create in my own life.

That is why I feel like a happy person.

Movement is extremely healthy.

It improves my body image.

Releases accumulated tension.

And, best of all, stimulates endorphins in the brain.

I deliberately notice what is good in my life.

Successful people focus on what is present and good rather than obsessing over what is missing.

My attention is on abundance.

On what I can already be grateful for.

I value each moment.

I know that punishing myself for mistakes serves no purpose.

I think about them only long enough to learn from them.

I spend more money on experiences.

A contented person, to me, has a kind of simple elegance:

clean, balanced, at ease.

Happy people like being alive.

They set goals.

They do not turn every challenge into an impassable barrier.

I buy relatively few things.

Only what I genuinely use.

I would rather buy experiences for myself and for the people I love because those moments are what actually make our lives rich.

I also pay attention to negative feelings.

Sometimes sadness is necessary because it helps us see truth.

I accept when I feel weak or lost.

That is far healthier than suppressing sadness or anger.

I allow myself to experience my feelings even when they are uncomfortable.

The sooner I process and release them, the sooner I become free again.

And I continue believing that life can unfold in my favour.

The only thing truly worth fearing is fear itself.

Fear damages the soul.

Suppression and lies deform people.

There is no real development there.

That is why I starve my fears and feed my faith.

Happy people give and receive.

I believe and know that my real needs can be met and that my desires can arrive in their proper time.

I listen to intuition and instinct.

I pass on what I know.

I try to spread love.

And when things I once imagined begin to happen, I receive them with gratitude.
