Dominik is a young, handsome and determined man whose natural qualities often catch people's attention.
Several photo series had already been made of him, but none truly showed his versatility.
Júlia is an attractive, ambitious young woman.
Behind her charming, reserved appearance lives a woman with many different faces — and we wanted to bring those facets to life through photography.
Both of them are still searching for their place in the colourful world of modelling.
They are learning where their own boundaries lie and gradually building their professional image.
Our goal was to create a varied set of photographs that, edited into a carefully considered portfolio, could stand up to the expectations of modelling agencies in Hungary or abroad and serve as an authentic introduction.
Because photographer Norbert Bánhalmi was away in New York, we had a full month to prepare.
That turned out to be useful.
I asked both young people to consciously search for different moods and emotions within themselves, to experiment with tiny changes in facial expression and with the communicative power of their eyes.
At first, this can be difficult.
With practice, however, the ability to shift into a different emotional state becomes increasingly natural.
We began early and dedicated an entire day to the shoot so that we could refine everything as carefully as possible and make sure everyone was satisfied with the final result.
One interesting detail: encouraged by Norbi, both Júlia and Dominik also made the first Facebook Live broadcasts of their lives during the session — deliberate preparation for their possible future careers.
It was a great day.

Breaking News!!
A few months after our collaboration, Júlia won Edina Kulcsár's mentoring programme.

The programme is a comprehensive training course spanning four weekends.
Participants are selected through an advance casting process and places are limited.
The young women learn makeup techniques, attend communication classes and practise movement in front of the camera.
The programme also aims to teach determination, persistence and humility to people hoping to enter the modelling profession.
At the end of the training, the strongest participants received awards.
Júlia won the grand prize:
the title of Most Promising Model.

And what comes next?
Júlia will receive a modelling contract with the future agency of Hungarian beauty queen Edina Kulcsár.

We are genuinely delighted by her success and proud that we could support her during her first steps.
This is what it looks like when enough belief and persistence turn a dream into reality.
